Summer 2024 Announcements

We are sorry to see Anjanette Bailey, our accompanist, leave us. But we congratulate her on her new opportunity with the Hamilton Children's Choir!

Our new accompanist will be Abby Hanna! Abby is a fourth year student at MacMaster finishing up the Integrated Science Program Integrated Science Program (with a specialization in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour).

Her musical experience and training include extensive experience working in a variety of roles with many programs at Theatre Ancaster as well as completing her RCM in Grade 10 Piano.

We welcome Abby to our creative team and look forward to working with her!

Also, we will be leaving Laidlaw United Church.  Our new rehearsal space is Westdale United Church.

Vocal Point is taking a break for the summer, but we'll be back in the Fall!

Feeling Good about our upcoming Concert

 Tickets are now on sale for Vocal Point's concerts on May 31 (7pm) and June 1 (4pm).  

Tickets are $20 online or $25 at the door.  

Kids are free for the Saturday (June 1) show.

There will be cash only concessions at intermission for both shows.

First Performance of the Season

We visited Caroline Place on Sunday, April 14.  It was great to come back and sing for the residents here.  They were our first ever audience last year!
